Project objectives
The main goal of the project is to increase access to key competences, taking into account the specificity of people over 50.
THE OTHER OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:
Expanding access to individualized education programs for people over 50 years of age, taking into account the specificity and needs of these people.
Supporting the development of key competences among people over 50 years of age in the countries participating in the project.
Strengthening the competences of trainers and adult education providers in the EU by providing them with high-quality, free materials supporting the process of educating people over 50 in the field of key competences.

6 intellectual outputs (1 methodology, 4 courses, 1 guideline)
Dissemination meetings in 4 countries

Planned intellectual outputs
Methodology of training courses „Key competences for people aged 50+”
4 modular key competences training courses that can be delivered together or separately as independent course units
Guidelines for trainers / education organizers in the field of implementing and conducting key competences courses for people aged 50+
