Partnership meeting
On 29-30 August in Oslo (Norway) another partnership meeting was held as part of the project “Key competences for people 50+”.
The meeting was attended by Partners from Norway, Spain, France and Polish.
At the meeting, the final versions of the Guidelines for adult sector staff and institutions on the use of courses developed in the project in earlier phases were approved. We also talked about the dissemination of project results. It was a successful meeting, which contributed to the further development of the project and closer cooperation between the partners.

PR3 in Progress!
We are pleased to announce that within our KK50+ project, we are continuing our efforts with a focus on the third phase of development, PR3. Our team is working diligently to prepare training materials and courses that will provide valuable knowledge and skills to our participants.
The goal of PR3 is to further engage with the needs of our community and provide tools to help our participants develop and achieve their goals.

Work in KK50+ is still in progress!
In collaboration with our partners from France, Spain, and Norway, we continue to create content for Outcome No. 3: “Guidelines for trainers/educational organizers on implementing and conducting courses on key competencies for individuals aged 50+”.
We would like to remind you that the guidelines will be based on insights from the testing phase and will provide tips for trainers on transitioning between course modules, utilizing exercises, and much more.
We are getting closer to finalizing Outcome No. 2, which consists of four courses on key competencies for individuals aged 50+. We are also preparing translations into our partners’ languages.

What’s new in KK50+ project
We are working on Result No. 3!
In cooperation with our Partners from France, Spain and Norway, we are developing the content for the Guidelines for trainers/training providers for the implementation and delivery of key competences courses for people 50+.
The guidelines will include, among other things, the conclusions from the testing phase and will include tips for trainers, ways of “mixing” the different modules of our courses, ways of using exercises, etc.

What’s going on in our project
Following the TPM in Spain, based on the arrangements made, we are finalising our work on Result No. 2, i.e. four courses on key competences for people 50+. We are preparing translations of the courses into the national languages of the Partners.
All of this is happening to be able to share the results of our work with you in Autumn by making the courses available to you free of charge 🙂

Third partnership meeting
On March 7 this year, the 3rd international meeting of the Partners of the project “Key competences for people 50+”, Erasmus+ took place. The host organization was our Spanish Partner – ID.
During the meeting, the Partners presented reports on testing courses in France, Institut Saumurois de la Communication (ISC), Norway, Stiftelsen Mangfold and Arbeidslivet (MiA), Spain, Inercia Digital (ID) and Poland (Deinde).
Further work related to the third result of the project – Guidelines for organizations wishing to implement courses in the field of key competences developed and tested in the project – is also planned.
Educational partner organizations have so far developed and tested 4 courses profiled for people over 50 years of age: Course in Information Creation and Understanding, Course in Digital Competence, Course in Personal Entrepreneurship and Course in Personal, Social and Learning Skills.
Each course consists of complete documentation allowing trainers to prepare and conduct classes, including: syllabus, trainer’s manual containing detailed lesson plans, training materials for participants (presentations, exercises), questionnaires, tools assessing the achievement of educational goals. After completion of substantive work in the project, there will be a dissemination phase and the documentation of the courses will be made available free of charge, on a free license, to all interested persons and institutions.

Yesterday we finished testing the course “Key competences for people 50+” in the field of entrepreneurship as part of the KK50+ Erasmus+ project. Our Partners from France and Spain have also completed testing their courses in the field of key competences. Testing continues in Norway.
On 20.02.2023 we conducted the last classes, Module 3. “Projects in my life”!
Participants learned to transform their ideas into a plan and action by creating personal projects.

08.02.2023 Deinde conducted further classes, including the Module “Ecology in my life”! We constantly test our knowledge and thanks to testing we gain a completely new one.

As part of the KK50+ Erasmus+ project, courses on key competences are tested.
Testing takes place in Poland, Spain, France and Norway.
Deinde is testing a course on Entrepreneurship as a Key Competence.
Our trainers have prepared trainings taking into account the specificity of learning for people 50+. The first of them took place on 11.01.2023. Participants learned what self-awareness is, how to distinguish between internal and external self-awareness and how to use the 4P method.
People involved in the project shared their impressions. Any comments will be taken into account and used in the next courses, which will take place soon.
At the testing stage, the opinions of participants and trainers are collected in order to create the final version of the courses.
Then, all documentation enabling the course to be conducted will be made available free of charge (on a free license) to all interested parties.

Last Friday, 21.10.2022, as part of the KK50+ project, another online meeting was held regarding the implementation of the second result (training modules on key competences for people aged 50+). The meeting was attended by: Deinde Sp. z o.o., Institut Saumurois de la Communication, Stiftelsen Mangfold and arbeidslivet (MiA) and Inercia Digital. Discussions covered the specific methods used by the consortium in the process of implementing outcome number 2.
We are very satisfied with our cooperation and we are sure that the modules are developed at the highest level.

The consortium is currently developing 4 training courses in the field of key competences for people 50+. The courses concern:
- ability to understand and create information,
- digital competences,
- personal, social and learning competences,
- entrepreneurial competences.
Each of the partner institutions prepares one course independently and additionally participates in the development of the other three courses, sharing their comments, recommendations, experiences and good practices in the development of key competences in the group of people 50+.

Transnational Partnership Meeting as part of the KK 50+ project
On June 29, 2022, a transnational partnership meeting took place in Saumur, France, organized by the Institut Saumurois de la Communication. The meeting was attended by a total of 10 representatives of partner institutions.
During the meeting, representatives of individual institutions presented the results of the project work carried out so far: Research reports on existing data on key competences, including in the context of people 50+ in Poland, Spain, France, Norway and the European Union.
The partners discussed and planned work for further project activities aimed at developing four courses in the field of: Understanding and information creation skills (Stiftelsen Mangfold and arbeidslivet), Digital competences (Inercia Digital Sl), Personal, social and learning competences (Institut Saumurois de la Communication), Entrepreneurial competences (Deinde sp. z o. o.).

Currently, research is underway in the field of analysis of existing data on the state of education of key competences and educational needs of adults, including people 50+ in partner countries (in Poland, France, Spain, Norway) and in the European Union. Research involves researchers/trainers from individual partner institutions. As a result of the work carried out, five Reports will be created in (national languages and in English).

Inaugural Online Meeting
On March 1-2, 2022, the inaugural online meeting was held, hosted by Deinde sp. z o. o.The
meeting was attended by a total of eight representatives of partner institutions constituting the management and substantive staff of individual institutions, i.e. managers, trainers, researchers, career advisors.
During the meeting, the participants presented their institutions, presented the initial problem situation in the project area.
Good practices in the area of adult education, especially at the age of 50+, and the exchange of experience between the staff of partner institutions were presented.
During the meeting, coordination activities were also carried out, such as the presentation of the project, schedule, activities and budget. The partners agreed on the work for the upcoming events, discussed the principles of communication and cooperation.
